Detailed and clear concept mat, for use for students of G.C.S.E and A level Philosophy and ethics. The resource is colour-coded and editable, and it e has a central core of differing denominational approaches to the Sanctity of Life (Absolutist and Relativist), and clearly applies to them to four key areas: Abortion, Euthanasia/Suicide, Fertility treatment, and Genetic research. I use them laminated as big wall displays, or as concept mats to use as aids to revision and practice exam questions. Includes an interactive powerpoint with active revision tasks, a concept mat to use as a colourful display or for desk references and a revision guide with a page of multiple lists of topics (6 to a page) for the unit so can be printed as a sticker. These are for GCSE ethics questions; a couple of sets of flowcharts showing contrasting viewpoints. One set is for thinking about questions dealing with sanctity of life, useful for medical ethics and war and peace. One set is for Idealism/pragmatism looking at how to structure exam responses for all justice based issues. Also a template sheet for students to get used to using to maximise marks in longer essay questions (used originally for OCR 12 mark questions, but I use them now for WJEC). My students got OUTSTANDING results using these for a number of years
